Orders
All orders are handcrafted to order in Plettenberg Bay. By placing an order you agree to these terms and confirm that all information provided is accurate.
Pricing
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). Silver necklaces are priced at R 1 450 and Brass necklaces at R 950. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment
Payment is processed securely via PayFast. We accept major credit cards, EFT, and other methods supported by PayFast.

All content on this website, including images, copy, and design, is the property of BITE and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Shipping Policy

South African Shipping
We ship via The Courier Guy. Standard shipping rate: R 150. Free shipping on orders over R 2 500. Estimated delivery: 5–8 working days from Plettenberg Bay.
International Shipping
International orders ship via DHL Express. Estimated delivery: 10–21 working days. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
Processing Time
As each piece is handcrafted to order, please allow 2–5 working days for production before dispatch.

Our Policy
Due to the handcrafted, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Each necklace is made specifically for you.

Damaged Items
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
